What happens during the 7 days?
The trial requires a card on file. The R$19.99 monthly subscription begins when the 7-day trial ends and renews automatically until canceled.
How can I avoid a charge?
Cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid the first charge. If your subscription is already active, cancel before its next renewal date.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Sign in to the app and open the subscription area. The management portal shows your family’s status and available options.
Who can subscribe?
The family owner starts a subscription. Check which family will receive access before continuing.
Are payments on this page real?
No. The available flow uses Stripe test mode and does not make real charges. The app will say when commercial subscriptions are enabled.
How is my information handled?
Read the privacy policy to learn what information is used and how your family can access its data.
Does the app provide health advice?
No. The app organises records entered by your family. It does not diagnose or replace professional care.
